My parents have stayed in this hotel for a month. Great place with wonderful staff and great dining options. Proximity to Nakheel Mall is a plus, too. My parents would like to thank housekeeping team and Anish for great work. Also thanks to Hallybibi for helping us with the reservations at the Locale and other various matters. Special thanks to Morgan for making the checkout process easy and fast, we had a lot of things to move, and he was very-very helpful. The staff is doing great work!

Nice service but location has a lot of traffic to reach ... only downside

Stayed for a week on a business trip. The facility exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. They take hospitality to a whole new level. The beach was clean, safe, and secure. The room was clean with a spectacular view of the city scape. The food was simply outstanding. The conference/meeting room was convenient, and the service was great. Will recommend it to anyone.

We visited the new Asia Asia in the Andaz hotel for NYE and wow was an amazing evening it was. Wouldn’t have been the same without Mike who looked after us all evening the most polite and attentive waiter!

If you’re lucky enough to get into the top suite it is an unforgettable experience. Service and always happy to help the main man is called Ramadan he will assist with anything no job to big or small. A hidden gem and affordable. 😎😁

Einfach nur traurig. Sehr Dreckig, sieht Foto. Niemals 5 Sterne. Maximal 2 Sterne. Bekommen falsches Zimmer . Meerblick gebucht mit Balkon für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder über FTI. Und nichts wurde vom Manager unternommen, außer ein Zimmer ohne Ausblick und Zustellbetten. Veranstalter sieht sich nicht in der Verantwortung, Hotelmanagement auch nicht, und Reisebüro auch nicht. Hotelmanagement wollte mir eine Suite für 6 Tage verkaufen und danach sollten wir in das alte Zimmer. Unfassbar. Ich verstehe die guten Bewertungen hier wirklich nicht. Housekeeping existiert quasi nicht. Erst nach Anruf. Das Essen schmeckt fad und ist nichts besonderes.
